2. Free Listings

  • Standard ads/listings are free and therefore non-refundable.


3. Paid Features

Paid features include:

  • Featured ads

  • Boosted listings

  • Additional pictures or video uploads


4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for paid features will only be considered if:

  • Service Failure: The paid feature was not delivered or failed due to a platform error.

  • Duplicate Payment: You were charged multiple times for the same service.

  • Rejected Listing: Your paid listing is rejected before it goes live for reasons other than policy violations.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You change your mind after purchase

  • Your listing is removed due to violation of our Terms of Service or prohibited items policy

  • You experience no buyer interest or sales (as we do not guarantee sales)


6. Refund Process

  1. To request a refund, contact us at info@edaaya.com within 7 days of your payment, providing:

    • Your account email

    • Listing ID or transaction reference

    • Reason for refund request

  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method (Orange Money, Afrimoney, Vult, or bank transfer).
